Instinct accessibility statement

Instinct is committed to helping your business grow. As part of that commitment, we aim to ensure that the convenience of our website and streamlined tools are equally accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities.

We strive to ensure accessibility by designing and building our website and products to be consistent with the U.S. Government’s Section 508 and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA standards. We are working to make sure that anyone, regardless of ability or assistive technology, can have a world-class experience using our products and services.

Vision

If you have trouble seeing web pages, try optimizing your computer and browser to improve your online experience in the following ways:

  • Read web pages out loud using your computer.
  • Navigate screens using your keyboard.
  • Increase the size of text.
  • Magnify your screen resolution.
  • Change text and background colors.
  • Make your mouse pointer more visible (Windows only).

We regularly optimize bluevine.com to try to ensure that text, text equivalents, graphics, captions, and transcripts can be:

  • Read and understood using dynamic output devices, such as graphic displays and screen or Braille readers.
  • Navigated and operated using a standard keyboard and mouse, touch, and voice command.

Our documents are available:

  • Electronically as screen-reader compatible PDFs that adhere to the PDF and UA standard (ISO 14289), to make sure they’re supported by most screen readers and other assistive technologies.
  • In large print on 8 ½ x 11 paper, 18-point font, high contrast and a layout optimized for readability.
Hearing

If you are deaf or hard of hearing, try utilizing some of the following accessibility features:

  • Transcripts. A text transcript is a text equivalent of audio information that includes spoken words and non-spoken sounds such as sound effects.
  • Captioning. A caption is transcript for the audio track of a video presentation that is synchronized with the video and audio tracks. Captions are generally rendered visually by being superimposed over the video, which benefits anyone who cannot hear the audio (e.g., when in a crowded room).
  • Volume controls. Your computer, tablet, or mobile device has volume control features, and each video and audio service also has its own additional volume controls. Try adjusting both your device’s volume controls and your media players’ volume controls to optimize your listening experience.

We also offer a variety of services to help us communicate better, including TTY and TDD calls.

Touch

If you find a keyboard or mouse difficult to use, speech recognition software such as Dragon® NaturallySpeaking may help you navigate web pages. This software allows the user to move focus around a web page through voice controls.

If you have difficulty accessing content, have difficulty viewing a file on our website, or notice any accessibility problems, please contact us at accessibility@useinstinct.com to specify the nature of the accessibility issue and the assistive technology you use. We will strive to provide the content you need in the format you require. We welcome your suggestions and comments about improving our ongoing efforts to increase accessibility.
